John Larkin
John and his wife have lived in Bogart for 9 1/2 years. He and his wife have two children and attend Athens Church. He works for the University of Georgia providing audio video support for the South Campus. He is excited about his return to City Council and helping to make Bogart a wonderful place to live and work. John can be reached at


Janet Jones
Janet moved to Bogart in 1969, married and  moved away for awhile returning to Bogart in 2003 to be close to her mother, Ms. Irma Guest. She is a proud mother of three and grandmother of four. Ms. Jones is a member of numerous clubs and ladies auxiliaries and is a also a member of the Bogart United Methodist Church, where she serves on the Board of Trustees and is an active choir member. Michael Ward
Michael grew up in the Bogart area and for the past 19 years has lived within its city limits. He graduated from Clarke Central High School and from there became a United States Marine, with an  honorable discharge in 1990. Michael then pursued his career with the Athens Clarke County Police Department and has been with them for 25 years. He and his wife Melinda have 3 boys, Patrick, Jacob and Matthew. They are members of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. Michael can be reached at



David Nunn
David and his wife have lived in Bogart for 38 years. They attend the Westside Church of Christ. David worked as a lineman for Georgia Power for 34 years and retired from that position 11 years ago. David has served on City Council before and takes pride in Bogart being a peaceful and friendly town. David participates in many community events and including playing guitar at the Bogart Fall Festival. David can be reached at
