Easter Egg Hunt – Sunday, March 28, 2010
The third annual BOGART COMMUNITY EASTER EGG HUNT will be held on Sunday, March 28, 2010 from 2-4 pm at the ballfields near the Bogart Community Center on E. Thompson Street. Area will be divided by age groups for the hunts, area churches will be selling refreshments to raise funds for Vacation Bible School activities, the Easter Bunny himself will be there, and plenty of fun is being planned for all ages. Come join us!!

Junior Women’s Club of Bogart Yard Sale – Saturday, April 17, 2010...8 am -noon
Citizens will be able to purchase tables and spaces for $15; funds raised support the Bogart Back-to-School Community Picnic in August.

Bogart Back to School Community Picnic – Saturday August 2, 2010...6 pm

Event on Main Street in downtown Bogart. Hosted by Bogart Junior Women's Club, the Bogart Historical Society and the City of Bogart to celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of a new school year. Hotdogs, chips, and drinks are provided for all citizens, and citizens are asked to bring desserts to share with others. Activities include face painting, balloon making, temporary tattoos and dancing.

Bogart Fall Festival – Saturday, Sept 25, 2010...Main Street...9 am 4pm

15th Annual Festival...bigger and better than ever
Opening ceremony at 9:00 am. Arts & Crafts and Food booths 9am-4pm, including traditional chicken barbecue plate from Bogart Christian Church and baked goodies from Bogart Baptist Church.
"Celebrate Bogart" parade at 10:00...NOHS marching band, CCHS Color Guard, fire trucks, tractors, Borders Tae Kwon Do group, Classic City Twirlers, Bogart's Outstanding Citizen nominees, Nominees for Little Miss Bogart and Little Mr. Bogart, Dare car, classic cars and much more.
Classic City Car Show sponsored by Peoples Bank...11am-3 pm.
Planning committee will gather to begin planning this year's event in May. Call Dee @ (770)725-0483 for more inforamtion or to join the committee.

Veterans Day Program - Saturday Nov. 6, 2010...5 pm Main Street

Third annual event honoring those Bogart citizens, living and dead, who proudly served in the armed forces. Sponsored by the Bogart Historical Society. Contact Maggie Collins (706)207-8825 for more information or to honor a family member

Breakfast with Santa 2010 – Saturday Dec. 11, 2010...9-11 am

Event held each December at the Bogart Community Center. Breakfast for Bogart children and families. Santa and Mrs. Claus in attendance for all the children to talk to, get their picture taken and tell all their wish lists. Friends of the Bogart Library provide free books for children in attendance. Donations brought for Toys for Tots. This event is sponsored by Bogart Fall Festival, Bogart Junior Women’s Club ,Bogart Historical Society, Friends of the Library, and the City of Bogart.

Christmas on Main Street, Bogart – Tuesday November 30, 2010...7 pm

Third annual lighting of the Bogart tree with caroling and holiday fellowship. Hot cocoa and cider served. Begin Bogart Toys for Tots donations. Marines and area church choirs are invited as special guests. Jointly sponsored by City of Bogart, Bogart Junior Women's Club, Bogart Fall Festival and the Bogart Historical Society.
